Anna On Writing a New Series
Hello lovelies,
It’s so nice to hear from you all again! I can’t wait to see what you have to say about Splendor, and now I kind of wish it was coming out sooner, too, so we could talk about it…
But in the meantime, there is lots of work to be done. I’m sure many of you are getting ready to start school, and me, I’m trying to get going on a new series for young readers. Most things are hard at first, and there is plenty of frustration in my little bedroom writing space these days, but beginning anew is always thrilling, too, so I’ve got that going for me! Anyway, as some of you guessed, this series will be historical, as well, but since I am superstitious, I don’t want to self-sabotage by saying too much about it yet…
Also, I have to say, I like this suggestion a few of you had about casting Megan Fox as Penelope in our minds. I’ve never seen any of her movies, but that girl can really arch an eyebrow….
